William R. (Rick) Huett, Executive Director of the Board of Licensure for Engineers & Land Surveyors since 2017. Before that, Huett served as the Assistant Executive Director and Chief Investigator for the Board from January 2002 until May 8, 2017.  Huett worked for the Montgomery Police Department for 20+ years. Prior to joining the Police Department Huett served in the United States Air Force from 1975-1981. In the Air Force, he worked as a military drug dog handler, and as an alert aircraft/weapons storage area supervisor.

Michael J. Marasa, PE is a Senior Engineer with KELLE, the largest geotechnical contractor in the United States. Marasa uses his 37 years of experience as a practicing geotechnical engineer to assist engineers and contractors with matching appropriate geotechnical construction techniques to specific site challenges and performance requirements. He has authored papers on ground improvement and specialty foundation systems and has presented at numerous seminars.

John R. Wolosick, P.E., D.GE, F.ASCE is Senior Advisor for KELLER. He holds B.S. and M.S. degrees in Civil Engineering from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. He has 40 years of experience in Geotechnical Engineering and Contracting.  Wolosick was named the Georgia Society of Professional Engineers ‘Engineer of the Year – Industry’ in 2017. He was also awarded the George F. Sowers Piedmont Award by the Georgia ASCE/Geo-Institute in 2019.
