Craig Lewis will be speaking about the City of Birmingham Master Plan in a presentation titled, Downtown Vibrancy – Let’s Walk One More Block Together. According to Lewis, "Downtowns are the heart and soul of our communities. Density and connection are critical ingredients, but so are the details that enliven the human experience. Equity also plays a major role in ensuring that everyone feels welcome & can leverage their own opportunities. Using the recent City Center Birmingham Master Plan, this presentation presents the key elements for lively & walk-able places, including the latest market & demographic trends to empower the next generation of designers."
